You buy the RealBux's RL+'s In-world currency. It currently isn't set up anymore.. But about 6 months ago it worked and you could by them. And I've spent money on that and in the Merchandise store for RL+.

You're very welcome Josh. I seem to be one of the few people left on the forums anymore. So I would consider myself the community team LOL. I know just as much, if not more than any of them of what happens sometimes. But the Community Team status would be nice. Not to brag or be a jerk.. But I think I've deserved my spot by now. Since nobody is really ever here for spammers when they come, I normally have to contact someone to get the spammer banned. It would be nice if I had the privilege to do that myself.

I have no link, but I can explain how to get to change it.
When you are logged in, go to the TOP of the page and click 'FORUM SETTINGS' From there you will have to log in again. It will take you to YOUR profile. Then click the button again on the TOP RIGHT corner of the page that says 'Forum Settings'.
Once you are on that page you will want to go to 'My Profile Info' on the box on the left of the page.
It will be the FIRST option on that page. You will see where yours says "++Plus++". Then just type it in there and click save changes and you will be set!

I will answer these questions with my BEST KNOWLEDGE. I am NOT a community team member so I DO NOT KNOW THE FULL CORRECT ANSWERS.

1. Personally, I do not believe the game has been messed with for quite some time. Its almost impossible to do without having servers to put the game on, or money to have the game fixed up.

2. As far as I know, Terry and the RLP team are doing separate projects to gain money for RLP. I do not know if that is continuing or not.

3. Since I am in the Yield Test Team, I will give you a BRIEF statement of what has happened with the team. There are still 3 of us left, as far as I last saw. We have been told it has been put to a hold. We haven't gotten to test anything. Due to the amount of wait the server can handle on it. We were close, BUT then we had gotten held back somewhat. There was debate on whether or not the other 3 spots would be filled with new yield testers or not. Truly, I don't know if that was determined or not.

4. I do not see RLP having any plans in the near future as of now. Unless funding comes into play. But I know personally, a few months ago there was updates going on for Fashion Face Off and Style Studio. BUT there was no real proof to that, as they were never updated only majorly bugged now.

5. As of now... Until Community Members are needed, I do not see applications being out for quite some time. I hate to say that, but it is true. But I am hoping by the time RLP gets its wheels going there will be fresh Community Members on the team.

6. As of the last thread about this question got the same answer.. There is no possible way to know when Mermaid Cove will be out as of now. There is nothing happening to it, that I am aware so I see no improvements on it. Therefore, the release is being pushed back farther and farther.

I myself log on the website almost everyday. It hurts to see Real Life Plus like this.. To see it so dead. Being here the 2 years I have myself.. It's so strange to go from events every month.. to nothing. But as they have said.. This is expected with a game that has a community before it has funding. It will be held back.
I wish I could put everything I know out on the table, but legally I can't. But to be honest... There's barely, if anything that the public doesn't all ready know that's happening. I've had thoughts of giving up on RLP, but I myself have put to much time.. To much effort.. and way to much money just to give up. I want to see RLP grow as strong as Second Life or Onverse. It has that ability. It just needs the start is all.

Not to be rude PatDog, but just because you have an older account doesn't mean you know everything. Because actually you are wrong. After Vside closed, a LOT of vSide members came here to RL+ like yourself. It died down for a little bit, after vSide re-opened. Then afterwards, There.com closed bring myself, and hundreds more Thereains to the user base. Then for a little over a year, RL+ got plenty of attention. And really grew. Recently, people have parted ways mainly because after a while you don't have much patience. They have a game, but no money to support the game or make it stable enough to support it yet. RL+ has other projects they work on for other companies and even their own. RL+ is not forgotten, it is just quite because there isn't much to talk about here in the forums.

I personally find that a great idea. I don't think I've heard anyone say that before. Sounds quite nice. I can actually picture something like that being in RLP's Virtual World(s). Theres only one thing that would not make since by having this. Teleports, I'm sure RLP plans on having some sort of teleporting system. So how would they work the monorail into also having a teleporting system? Because I don't see the monorail getting as much as attention as it should, if users are given the opportunity of freely teleporting.

I agree they need to abandon their other projects and work strictly on vSide. I absolutely can't stand vSide, mainly because theres no updates & nothing to look forward to. I'd love to know how much vSide is costing exitreality. I'm pretty sure its costing a large amount, because I don't ever seeing it break even. The game really needs to update its serves and the game it's self.

Well that isn't entirely true. On the CEO's personal blog, he has a list written of the company's cost. The company was only 1,000 short of breaking even. Which is amazing compared to what it was. The company can't afford to run without funding unless it has some sort of membership fee.

Mermaid Cove is in closed beta at the moment. No, beta testing hasn't started yet. but should shortly. RL+ has only become less active in the forums because its still in development. That's what happens when you choose this pathway for a Virtual World. Nothing wrong with the pathway they choose, actually I find it quite awesome wanting the user's ideas. But its expected to be slow at times. Seeing V.I.E. close is sad, but like they said they are wanting to expand their virtual world. Also they aren't closed for good. As far as I know, Real Life Plus has no expectation of closing their does at the moment.
